Dominican Republic
Required by the Junta Central Electoral. Apostille + certified Spanish translation. Most clients also need to apostille a recent birth certificate.

Both styles are processed at the Pennsylvania Secretary of State. Electronic notarization (RON) returns a digitally apostilled file; wet ink notarization returns a physical apostille certificate attached to your original document.
