Obtain notarized diploma & transcripts from your school
Contact your Registrar to have your diploma and official transcripts signed and notarized on school letterhead. For a Master's DoV, include the Bachelor's chain as well.
Obtain a Double Statement Letter from your institution
Request a signed, notarized certification letter from your Registrar confirming the authenticity of your documents. If your school has no on-site notary, we can arrange a traveling notary to visit.

Secretary of State apostille
We file with the Secretary of State in the state where your school is located to obtain the official Hague Convention apostille on your documents.
