Start at 12 E Highland Avenue, just off Germantown Avenue. - 2
Look for this building from Highland Avenue — our office is around the back. Locate the front building
You'll see Miracle-Ear and Chestnut Hill Eye Associates facing Highland Avenue. We are in the building behind them, not inside this front building.

Follow this driveway all the way toward the back of the property. Locate the driveway
Take the driveway on the left side of the front building. Drive or walk toward the rear parking lot. Parking is $3 from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is the rear building and the entrance you need to use. Find the back entrance
At the end of the driveway, you'll see the rear building and parking lot. This is where Philadelphia Notary & Apostille is located and where you need to enter.

Enter through the back and take this staircase to the second floor. Enter in back and head upstairs
Come through the rear entrance and take the stairs to the second floor. Follow the interior signs toward the office suites.

Suite 203 — Biscuit may be waiting to greet you at the door. Look for Suite 203
At the top of the stairs, follow the hallway to the door marked 203. You'll see the Philadelphia Notary & Apostille logo on the glass.
Very important: we are in the rear building.
The front-facing building on Highland Avenue is Chestnut Hill Eye Associates and Miracle Ear — that's not us. Our entrance is located inside the parking lot at the back of the property. Take the driveway to the left, right next to Miracle Ear, head to the back, and you'll find us.

Board an outbound Chestnut Hill East Line train and ride to its final stop, Chestnut Hill East Station. Walk west along East Chestnut Hill Avenue toward Germantown Avenue, then head south on Germantown Avenue to East Highland Avenue. Turn left onto East Highland Avenue and continue to 12 East Highland Avenue.
