Why Choose Our Firm

Built for the transfer window.

Federations don't care that the window closes Tuesday. We treat your deadline like the only one that matters.

5–7 Day Turnaround

Full federation packages — FBI + contracts + translation — turned in 5–7 business days.

Federation-Format Aware

We know what RFEF, FIGC, FFF, FIBA Europe, and CBF will actually accept versus reject.

Athlete Privacy / NDA

NDAs and secure portals so pre-announced transfers don't leak through the document chain.

Agent-Friendly Billing

Direct billing to clubs or agencies. Net-30 for repeat clubs and FIFA-licensed agents.

FIFA / FIBA / IIHF / WBSC

Federation-to-federation transfer paperwork handled across major sports bodies.

P-1 / O-1 Visa Support

Notarized affidavits, contracts, and award letters apostilled for US athletes' foreign work permits.

Sworn Translation

Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, German, Turkish — bound and delivered with the originals.

DHL to Club Office

Tracked international delivery direct to the federation office, club legal, or visa processor.

The Process

Your transfer package, fast.

One team handles the FBI check, contract notarization, apostille, translation, and DHL — in parallel.

01
Step 1 of 5Transfer-Window Triage

Map the Federation Requirements

First call we map every document the destination federation actually requires for the registration — no surprises mid-window. Different leagues require different combinations of FBI checks, transfer certificates, and notarized contracts.

  • Federation checklist
  • Window deadline reverse-engineered
  • Quote within the hour
02
Step 2 of 5FBI + Contract Notary

Run FBI Check in Parallel With Contracts

FBI Identity History Summary requested in parallel with RON notarization of player and agent contracts. Running both tracks at once compresses what is usually a 3-week sequence into one week.

  • FBI Approved Channeler
  • RON notarization
  • Parallel tracking
Why parallel processing matters

Done sequentially, FBI (5–7 days) + contract notary (1 day) + state apostille (3–5 days) + USDOS apostille (5–10 days) + DHL = 3+ weeks. In parallel we deliver in 5–7 business days.

03
Step 3 of 5Federal + State Apostille

USDOS for FBI, State SOS for Contracts

US Department of State apostille for the FBI Identity History Summary (federally issued); state Secretary of State apostille for the notarized player and agent contracts. Same-day where possible.

  • USDOS hand-carry
  • State SOS for contracts
  • Same-day option in PA, NJ, DE
04
Step 4 of 5Sworn Translation

Sworn Translation Into Destination Language

Spanish (Spain or Latin America), Italian, Portuguese (Brazil or Portugal), French, German, Turkish — by sworn translators recognized by the destination federation.

  • Country-specific sworn
  • Bound with originals
  • Federation-grade formatting
05
Step 5 of 5DHL to Federation

DHL Direct to the Club

Final package DHL'd direct to the club's legal office, the federation registration desk, or the visa processor — with tracking shared to the agent and the club's GM.

  • DHL Express international
  • Direct-to-federation option
  • Tracking shared with agent
Avoid Rejection

The most common mistakes we see.

Mistake #01

Requesting the FBI check too late

FBI Identity History Summaries can take 5–7 business days through an Approved Channeler. Started the same day you start the apostille, this is the long pole — request it immediately on day one.

Mistake #02

Apostilling the FBI check at the state level

FBI checks are federal documents — they can only be apostilled by the US Department of State. A state-level apostille on an FBI check is invalid and rejected by every federation.

Mistake #03

Translating after legalization

Most federations require sworn translation bound with the apostilled original. Translating afterwards forces a second authentication cycle that you don't have time for.
